Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding Affiliate (non LEC) Services such as Internet Services, Long Distance, Wireless, Video, etc. Serve as a Tier 1 support service for residential/business internet connectivity, e-mail questions, viruses, networking, security software and limited hardware issues.
